The Easter Season

We celebrated a most wonderful Easter at the Millet house.
We dyed eggs to make cascarones (eggs filled with confetti you smash over loved ones' head for good luck).
We went to an Easter party at a friends house (her daughter is the red blur) and Peter joined in on the egg hunt.
Even though he didn't find many eggs, you can bet Peter loved every second of the madness and gobbled up all his candy within minutes.
Benji just liked chomping on the discarded eggs.
Peter got some new jeans in his Easter basket and when Trav explained to him that one pair were carpenter pants with special pockets so he could carry tools -- he ran to his room and came back like this.
Every pocket conceivable pocket stuffed with tools.
And yes, those wires come from a multi-meter. It's his favorite tool.

We all got dressed up for church and the boys looked so incredibly handsome.
Sadly, this was one of the best family pictures we took that morning all together sigh
I know we'll get a good one one day.
Then, Sunday night Trav went out to do his nightly snake/spider walk he found this.
Our own miniature Easter Bunny.
She's tiny and oh so cute and is currently living in a box in our living room.
The kids seriously could not love Bumpy more. They constantly want to get her out of her box to let her run around. It's hilarious.
