Third grade and Kindergarten are over and done!! Benji had such a wonderful year with Mrs. Larsen. She made a point to tell me how much she loved having Benji in her class this year. She said he is happy and eagar to learn and her favorite part was watching him dance during the morning warm up. That kid has moves!
Peter's teacher, Mrs. Bennett, also went out of her way to help Peter. I feel like this was the first year that not was Peter challenged academically, but he was also engaged and that was all due to his teacher. She was fun and applied her lessons to the kids specifically and they loved her.
Peter's besties: Nehemiah and Ethan
Mrs. Bennett even gave Peter an award saying, "I've never had a student like Peter and I probably never will ever again." He always had something different to say and she said the best part of her day was when Peter would say, "Hey Mrs. Bennett, wanna know something cool?" and then would share some random fact. We love this kid!
Baseball for Peter also finished up in June. Peter likes to bat and would usually always get a base hit but often was too busy gabbing with his friend Carter to catch balls in the outfield!
